The Amazing Johnathan

Wit and charm, two main things anyone needs to survive in the show business world…and this guy has got both. The Amazing Johnathan is a weirdly wonderful comic magician who draws his audiences to the edge of their seats with his fresh humour and rasping wit.

Getting Known
Johnathan’s smooth but speedy approach to magic, special effects, bizarre humour and ad-libbing antics have awarded him with extensive critical acclaim. This guy has had his face known for some time with appearances in shows such as Late Night with David Lettermen, The Arsenio Hall Show, Entertainment Tonight, HBO's Young Comedians Special, World's Wildest Magic, Champion's of Magic and many more. Johnathan has also had his own half-hour special for Comedy Central entitled, Lounge Lizards, Premium Blend, and his new show Comedy Central Presents: The Amazing Johnathan.

Changes
This year, in 2004, he has added a new facet to the show that has made major changes to his acts. A new assistant come partner named Psychic Tanya has arrived on the scene, who plays the sensible one while Johnathan purposely stumbles with his illusions, creating a perfect comedy duo.
With the new addition of Psychic Tanya to the show, the audience are both in hysterics and bemused by the magic all at the same time, definitely one magic show not to miss.
