The Décor
The bars swish lounge with burgundy satin walls and floor-to-ceiling velvet drapes create a luxurious feel to the place. The large bar within the Big Apple is used to serve fantastic cocktails, with an elevated stage just behind it, showing some great live bands weekly.
The Drinks
Remember Cocktail the film? Well forget Tom Cruise…but the expertly made cocktails are alive and well, with homemade cocktails just as popular, such as the ‘Big Apple Margarita’, ‘NY Egg Cream’, ‘Central Park Breeze’ and the ‘NY Martini’, the latter containing rum, sweet vermouth, a sugar rim and an orange twist.
No one will miss where the Apple Bar is situated, as a huge red apple disco ball hovers above the casino floor, within the New York-New York hotel!
