Our moderately priced innovation for long-stay travelers, TownePlace Suites offers uncomplicated residential living in a townhouse community with your budget in mind. The TownePlace Suites Fresno is conveniently located adjacent to AT&T and Kaiser Permanente, one quarter mile from Gottschalks Corporation and one half mile from St Agnes Hospital. Downtown Fresno is nine miles south of the hotel. * All suites now feature complimentary high speed Internet access! Studios are large open rooms with one queen bed, full bath and furnished living/dining area with work space. One bedroom suites have a separate bedroom with one queen bed, full bath and furnished living room with dining area, sofa bed and work space. Two bedroom suites have two separate bedrooms with one queen bed each, one full bath and furnished living room with dining and work areas. Some studios and two bedroom suites also have a sofa bed in the living space and all accommodations have a fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, cooking and eating utensils, dishes and glassware, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator with icemaker. Pets allowed with USD 50 non-refundable cleaning fee plus USD 10 per day per pet. A complimentary continental breakfast with fruit, juices and pastries is served daily.
