Sliding glass doors from both the master bedroom and living room open onto a fully covered patio, and frame a spectacular view of the lush rolling fairways. Bike, hike, or just relax on over 250 acres in this fully gated desert oasis just minutes from the fabled village of Palm Springs. Other features to enhance your stay include DVD/CD and VCR players, Hunter ceiling fans, TV's in each bedroom and the living room, fully furnished kitchens, cordless phones, skylights, double sinks in the master bath, and stacks of good books, CD's and VCR movies. Guests at Desert Princess Country Club have access to the club's 2 championship golf courses (including one PGA rated), a fully stocked pro shop, driving range, 2 putting greens, and clubhouse with dining room and bar. A beverage cart also circulates thourghout the grounds. The tennis clubhouse overlooks 8 tournament style tennis courts, including 5 lighted. And dozens of sparkling pools and Jacuzzi's are sprinkled throughout the resort, including one overlooking the golf course just 20 yards from your villa. The Doral Hotel, with additional restaurants and bars available for your use, is also located on the grounds of the Country Club. And 2 other golf courses, just 5 minutes away, are open to guests staying at Desert Princess. PROPERTY NOTES: There is a $49 cancellation fee if cancelled 30 days prior to the arrival date. Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded back to the guest only if the unit is re-rented, minus a $95 processing fee, and any associated costs of re-renting the unit including commissions and cleaning fees. Cancellation must be in writing at the address listed and acknowledged by Vacation Depot. Cancellation processing fee is charged, regardless of the cancellation policy.

Condo - All condo units are single story and located on the golf course at Desert Princess Country Club. All master suites have Cal King beds. The second bedrooms have either a king bed or 2 twin beds. These deluxe units are fully furnished with linens and cooking needs. And are also furnished with original art and antifacts from across the USA.
