Monte Carlo Hotel and Casino
With all the sophistication and glamour of the original Monte Carlo casino, the Las Vegas Monte Carlo Hotel and Casino, a solid fusion between MGM Mirage Resorts and Mandalay Bay Resort Group, oozes European refinement.
Entering the Hotel
Gazing guests enter the Monte Carlo through an entrance, which is outstanding, with its Renaissance statues and cascading fountains, it’s a hotel which proudly induces style and grace.
Casino
Most guests at the hotel will want to spend time in the 90,000-square-foot casino, with all its Monte Carlo trimmings, the casino creates a superb ambience for all its guests. The players will be thoroughly entertained with the broad range of games, which include Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, Keno, Pai Gow Poker, Caribbean Stud Poker, and Baccarat. Guests can also try their luck on some of the 2,200 slot and video poker machines, including Megabucks and Super Megabucks. For all sporting fans at the hotel there is a Race and Sports book.
Rooms
Guests can relax within the beautifully decorated 3,014 rooms and 25 suites, all of which are influenced with brass fittings, refined granite and Italian marble. Guest will be provided with alarm clock/radios, TV, hair dryer, desk, iron and board, pay-per-view movies, telephone and voice mail and to cool them down from the desert heat, plenty of air conditioning.
Pools
Six different pools, including a wave pool, the first in Las Vegas, with its 3 ft waves, cools down the guests or sweeps them away! Set in a lush garden setting, the guests enjoy the secluded sunbathing with the foliage offering guests both shade and sunshine. The relaxing lazy river is also a great way to cool off and the kiddie pool with its child-sized beach chairs and ankle-deep wading pool is perfect for the small ones. There’s also a beach shop, drink cart and snack bar catering for everyone’s needs.
Sports
Anyone for a game of tennis? Next to the pool are three lit tennis courts, for guests to run around within the desert heat, until one wins or drops to the floor! If a guests taste is for golf then there is plenty of golfing area to set up a round on the Links or for the guest who just fancies a good old workout, there’s the hotel’s 3,000-square-foot fitness room.
Health Spa and Salon
Go and get de-stressed at the hotel’s spa and salon, with totally relaxing Swedish massages or a facial for the old face, there’s even back facials! Guest can get their body scrubbed (!) or indulge themselves in a body wrap, a waxing or cellulite treatment. There are many other treatments though if that’s not on the guest’s list including Ionithermie Super Detox Treatment, A.H.A. treatment and Heliotherapy (exfoliations and burn relief).
Guests must try the hotel’s package, a "day at the spa", which starts with an out of this world Swedish massage, followed by a body scrub and a European facial.
Restaurants
Visitors can sit back and enjoy dinner at one of the hotel’s dining facilities, which range from the exotic Asian pleasures of the Dragon Noodle Co. to the fine dining of Andres French Restaurant to the rollicking Café and Monte Carlo Pub & Brewery, which has six kinds of brew to be tested and tasted!
Shopping
Visitors to the Monte Carlo hotel should head on down to the "Street of Dreams" shopping and dining area, where they’ll find an interesting selection of stores including Bon Vivant, Monte Carlo Classics, Brats, Elton's, Bubbles, the Medici Cigar Club and not forgetting an arcade with up to date video games for the kids. Back at the Monte Carlo Hotel there’s another chance to shop at the Club Casino Royal, the Lance Burton Magic Shop and the local hypermarket, all situated within the complex.
Entertainment
Fancy a bit of magic? Guests can go and watch Monte Carlo’s famous magician Lance Burton, who performs in the 1,200-seat showroom, with stunning illusions. The showroom is custom-built for Lance, the only winner of all four major International Magic Awards. Guests will also find plenty of bars to relax or dance in afterwards, with an eatery for late night hunger pangs.
Weddings
Guests wanting to get wed at the hotels wedding chapel will find a great selection of wedding packages to choose from including Princess, Chantily, Tiffany and Grand Victorian. All have some sort of keepsakes to remember the day even more.

The pool hours vary by season. The heated pool and Jacuzzi are open year-round.
The spa is open daily from 6am – 9pm.
