Renovation Tactics
With its top to bottom remodelling the hotel/casino has gone from an unknown to one of the top tier hotel come casinos in town. The resort’s riverboat theme has been replaced by a chic and fun carnival in Rio feeling. Even though Harrah’s has moved straight up the ladder in popularity, the place has still kept its sense of humour, with a tiny bit of kitsch for every part chic, like the fibre-optic fireworks explosions in the ceiling and the confetti pattern carpeting.
