Lush vegetation and manicured fairways sit elegantly within the Nevada desert. Painted Deserts’ several lakes guard the landing areas and greens, with many bunkers scattered about the course.
The Course
Every hole is bordered with plenty of flat desert, something which beginners will be very happy with when problems occur! The course is playable and challenging, providing both a smooth pace of play and greens with subtle breaks and undulations. Other challenges are provided by the water hazards that come into play on a few of the holes.
The Holes
Offering four par-5's of 500 yards or better from the back and middle tees. The four par-3's range from 128-193 yards from the middle, and 150-233 yards from the back. Of the nine par-4 holes, eight measure less than 400 yards from the middle tees, while the back tees measure from 313-467 yards.
