Sitting serenely, within the Nevada desert is the pine forest feel of the Desert Willow Golf Course.
What Does It Look Like?
The par-60 executive, semi-private, 18 hole course, nestled at the foothills of the Black Mountains, spans 3,811 yards and is lined with thousands of mature pines and emphasised by thatched pine needles, vivid flowerbeds and lakes and fountains.
The Golfing Holes
The layout consists of 12 par-3 holes and six par-1 holes with the longest and most difficult hole on the course being at hole No.9, a 349-yard, par 4, which has water protecting three sides of the green. Water also comes into play on two additional holes, and sand bunkers are situated on every hole. The signature hole of the MacDonald Ranch, boasts one of the most imposing views of the Las Vegas Valley.
Taking around three hours to play the course, Desert Willow is the ideal place for a quick round of golf.
