If there’s one thing Las Vegas has got, its oodles of attractions, to entertain the crowds. The assortment of entertainment on and off the Strip is extraordinary with museums, galleries, shows and tours on one side of the coin to private collections of Elvis, Liberace and Houdini on the other…and private it really is, there’s even Elvis’s comb and deodorant on show! Visitors to Las Vegas should try out the fantastic rides on and off the Strip. There’s mound’s of the critters, from a double-loop, double-corkscrew roller coaster to a giant seesaw, tilting outside of an 866-feet high observation deck to a simulated flight with Star Treks Captain Kirk, Spock and the rest of the gang. Save some cash with the free attractions also on offer within or outside the casinos, from volcanic eruptions to fountain displays to Roman battles within shopping malls! The freebies even extend off the Strip with visits to see Bonnie and Clydes bullet-riddled car or the stretch of highway saved for the next ET visit!
Getting out of Las Vegas, the whole family can relax amidst some of the most stunning views and natural attractions in the world. One of the seven wonders, the Grand Canyon, is definitely a not-to-miss attraction and the built-before-its-time Hoover Dam is another. Its hot out there so keeping cool is a must, if the family fancy a trot up Mount Charleston it’ll be 20 degrees cooler up there! Whatever a visitors choice, the surrounding parks, ranches, canyons and mountains will provide a pleasant change from the busy, cash-spending, hustle and bustle of Las Vegas.
